Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 22000 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These terms apply to all users of the 22000 platform without exception, including casual visitors, registered users, and anyone accessing the services via mobile device, web browser, or any other digital channel provided by the platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
22000 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest conditions.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full range of 22000 services, users are required to register a valid account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Users are prohibited from submitting false information, impersonating another person, or registering more than one account under different identities.
Each user is solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. 22000 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
Users must be 18 years of age or older to register and use this platform. 22000 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Account registration is limited to one account per individual, IP address, or household.
- Users may not transfer their account to any other party.
- Users are responsible for all activities carried out through their account.
- Users must notify 22000 immediately if they suspect any suspicious activity on their account.
- The use of bots, automated software, or any unauthorised method to access the platform is strictly prohibited.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 22000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. 22000 reserves the right to verify the source of funds before processing any withdrawal.
Deposits will be credited to the account once transaction confirmation is received from the payment provider. Processing times vary depending on the selected payment method. For withdrawals, users must fulfil all relevant conditions before a request can be processed, including rollover requirements for accounts that have received a bonus.
22000 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment systems, banking technical issues, or circumstances beyond the platform's control. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the support team within 14 days of the transaction date.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are determined by the selected payment method.
- The platform reserves the right to decline or hold any transaction suspected of being linked to fraud.
- Refunds will only be considered under circumstances defined by the platform's policy.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability
22000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, promotion abuse, use of multiple accounts, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users.
In the event of an account suspension, any remaining balance may be placed on hold while an investigation is conducted. If an account is permanently closed due to a terms violation, 22000 reserves the right to forfeit any balance associated with the offending activity.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 22000 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including service disruptions or data loss. 22000's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the 22000 platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of 22000 or its authorised licensors. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any platform content without prior written permission from 22000.
The 22000 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not under 22000's control. The presence of such links does not imply that 22000 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
22000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform's website. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the process established by the platform and, where necessary, through appropriate legal proceedings. Users hereby consent to submit to the relevant jurisdiction for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.
